This Saturday five finalists in the 1st annual Twin Cities Next Top Model Contest will wear fashions made from recycled, vinyl billboards. Local fashion designer Amy Michielle designs the line called S.H.E. by SoHo Exchange. These innovative designs center on re-interpreting conventional designs with unconventional textiles.
